FAWCO Thanks AWCD for Auction Donations

AWCD President Anastasia Siskou, FAWCO Representative Diana Stührenberg and incoming FAWCO Rep Susanne Hirschberg recently traveled to Boston, Massachusetts, USA for the annual conference of the Federation of American Women's Clubs Overseas (FAWCO).  With them they brought several hand-made necklaces to contribute to the FAWCO Silent Auction, to benefit the FAWCO philanthropies.

Wrote FAWCO President Elsie Bosie and Fundraising VP Janet Darrow-Winter:  "On behalf of the 2008-2010 FAWCO Foundation Board of Directors, I would like to thank you for your club's generous donation of the bottle cap pendants to the Silent Auction in support of The Foundation's "Extra, Extra Extravaganza" fundraising event at the Annual FAWCO Conference in Boston, Massachusetts."

FAWCO requests that each club make a donation to this auction.  In prior years, the AWCD has donated artwork donated by local businesses.
