U.S. Consulate

The Düsseldorf Consulate office no longer provides American Citizen Services (ACS). A number of years ago, these were moved to the Frankfurt Consulate office. Their contact details are:

They are closed on American and German holidays.

* If you are an American citizen with an after hours emergency (after 5 p.m. weekdays and on weekends and German and U.S. holidays), please call the Consulate in your area and ask to be connected to the consulate duty officer.  As noted above, for Frankfurt Consulate, Tel. No. 069 / 7535-0.  For the Embassy in Berlin Tel. No. 030 / 83 050.

American Citizen Services and visa appointments are required. These can also be made online.
